Dublin's tram system initially consists of two lines:
The Green Line, which commenced operations on 30.06.04: This connects Sandyford in the South city to St Stephen’s Green in the centre, with a 22 minutes total journey time.
The Red Line: connecting Tallaght in the West of the city to Connolly Station in the city centre, approximately 43 minutes total journey time.
One-way trips cost between EUR 1.30 and EUR 2.00 depending on the number of zones transited. Weekly passes cost EUR 16.00.
William Murphy operates a number of Mini-Blogs and this one is a PhotoBlog devoted to transport.
